Q: How do I get started?
A: To get started, please head to our Get Started page, where you will find a link to our Project Questionnaire. Once that form is filled out and submitted, along with a 50% deposit, your designer will reach out to you regarding your project. For our E-Design services, you will need to submit the Project Questionnaire and full payment to get started.
Q: Can my initial consultation be in home?
A: For our local clientele, there is an optional measuring fee for Interiors In A Box by ASD for an additional $125. One of our designers will come to your home to measure and evaluate the space that you are wanting to decorate. In light of COVID-19, the initial consultation will be done via Zoom with your designer.
Q: Does Interiors In A Box by ASD include a virtual consultation?
A: Yes! Once the Project Questionnarie and deposit are submitted, your designer will reach out to schedule a virtual consultation via Zoom.
Q: Do the E-Design Services include a virtual consultation?
A: The E-Design Services do not include a virtual consultation. Once you have submitted the Project Questionnaire and payment, your designer will correspond with you via email.
Q: What is the typical lead time for my box?
A: Your designer will need 4-6 weeks to create your beautiful space, but it will be well worth the wait once you receive your glossy white box tied together in our signature blue ribbon!
Q: What is the typical lead time for E-Design Services?
A: Your designer will need about 2 weeks for any of the design services chosen, once the full payment is received and we have all necessary information for the project.
Q: Can you work within a budget for E-Design Services?
A: While we do generally keep our selections within a moderate price point, we do not currently work within specific budget boundaries, as the item suggestions are intended as inspiration and guidance on colors, scale, and proportion in the space. Every selection made will work beautifully in your space and can of course be purchased if desired. 
Q: Does the Furniture Selection service include fabric selections?
A: The fabric selection service is only available when purchasing a Box from Interiors In A Box by ASD. This is an elevated level of service which allows for fabric selection due to the higher price point per space.  All items listed on the page ( labeled "In the Box") are the items that you will find inside of the Box that we design and create for each individual space. 
 
Q: Do you take credit cards?
A: Yes! We currently take credit cards over the phone, but we are working towards generating an online payment method. We can also accept transactions through Venmo.
 
Q: What if I have follow-up questions once I have received my box?
A: Should you have any follow-up questions regarding your box, please send an email to the designer you've been working with. All other questions and inquiries should be directed to info@amystudebakerdesign.com.
